I've been listening to the Abraham-Hicks Vortex Meditation CD everyday for 5 weeks. I'm sticking with physical wellbeing. I'm feeling better than i've ever felt in my life. Emotionally i'm happy all day everyday. I can feel instantly when i'm feeling slightly off now. The only thing i'm wondering about is physically i seem to be getting worse. I've gained alot of weight, being getting sore throats, even falling over and hurting myself which i never do. I'm wondering if this is part of the process to getting better. Is there a "clearing" that needs to happen before it gets better? I wouldn't say it is anything to be concerned about. Things often (not always) become worse initially when you start getting more deliberate about your thoughts. When you are in a "bad place" regarding a subject and you now become more focused regarding that subject, you are going to experience some initial discomfort because you are now focusing more clearly on that "bad place". But gradually as your habits of thought change, the "bad place" transforms into a "good place" and you are now focusing more clearly on a "good place" instead...which is where you want to be! I've gone into some detail about this in this answer: Good things happen when I’m feeling negative and bad things when I’m positive - WHY?? Just keep on with your daily Vortex attunements and as that feeling of being in the Vortex becomes more and more habitual and familiar to you, everything will take care of itself at the right time. If you want to speed up your physical transformation, in conjunction with using the meditation CD daily, also try molding your habitual thoughts about your physical condition more deliberately using such techniques as Abraham's Focus Wheels or my own version of them: Focus Blocks answered 09 Jan '11, 17:13 Stingray Actually that makes perfect sense. Sometimes it is better to be your own best judge! So my question to you is what do you feel is causing you to get sick, and fall over etc? Personally, I think you are the only person that knows the answer to this question, because you know your self better than anyone else. You can help your self by doing some self searching, observe and reason from within, and be true to your self, and do what is right for you, and take care of your self first! But came up with no explanations. I have a very quiet peaceful life so time off is something i feel i do a lot of. I'm usually accident free and sickness free so not sure what's going on. When I first got the Abraham meditation CD I religiously listened to the financial meditation. However things didn't really start to pop for me financially until I let go and started listening to the other meditations more often. I realize now that I was emphasizing the financial lack by pushing too hard. Once I stopped pushing so hard (I didn't realize I was doing it) and relaxed I got more aligned. Same here with me! Just stick with your meditation program and relax. Things get better and better. My analysis on my situation: I didn't feel any financial discomfort for very long time and also my physical condition is always great, also people around me don't bother me at all. About the time I got into my 2nd week with the meditation CD, some negative motives came up more often. I felt discomfort on a financial situation that didn't bother me at all till then. I got on the brink of getting a flue, which I can't remember I had the last one. Additionally family members started to annoy me. Instead of going down the negative spiral, I concentrated on my daily meditation and I'm in my 4th week now. Things got much better than ever now. I asked myself what this was all about too. As if I fell in a groove. I think the daily meditation brought some certain areas of my life more into focus, even if I actually didn't concentrate on specific subjects. My focus was mostly on my financial and physical well-being and on my relationship to others. Since every subject has two sides (abundance and lack), I think some of my attention went into the lack side of things. Also the shifting of my vibration has given me a new perspective that I think made me more sensitive to my feelings. But in the end this was something like a sonic blast or so, it was the last thing you felt before you got past the sonic wall. Now you flying high and in very high speed, no resistance at all. I pick it as soon as i feel any discomfort at all where as before i don't think i was aware of feeling off unless it was really strong. Things are definately getting better now. Things are starting to shift even just in the last few days. Fun fun fun :D
