Hello! There have been a few questions about this topic that I've read, but I was really hoping to get some insight into it based on where I am within my manifestation process and energy. Hope that's alright! I've been making a lot of progress lately with clearing limits and blocks, strengthening my beliefs in my desire, all of that. I still have some work to do. I'm not sure I can put my faith in it happening 100% yet, but I do know that it is possible, I do know that it exists energetically because I've asked for it and conceived of it, and I follow the nudges from the Universe and my intuition when I feel them. It's a much better place than where I started, but I feel like I could align with it more. I absolutely love the way it feels in the moments when I'm aligned with what I'm manifesting, when I just -know- it's coming and that it exists, when I can picture it, feel it, visualize it vividly. In those moments, I don't care that it isn't my current circumstance, I know it will be soon. In those moments, I trust that what's happening around me right now is bringing me closer to my desire, no matter what it looks like. However, I can't seem to stay in that place for long, definitely not as long as I would like. It used to be that when I came out of that place, I would end up back in a mindframe of "I'm crazy, there's no way this can actually happen." I've at least been able to remove that and now sort of default to a neutral spot where I know it can happen, but I'm aware that it hasn't. I seem to be more aware of the gap between here and there than just living there already and enjoying it, knowing it's coming, feeling happy and at ease with its existence. From there, I don't visualize as easily, I don't feel truly like myself, the way I do when I'm totally IN the having of the desire -- when I'm in there, I feel like exactly who I know I am. So, my question is really about whether there are some really useful methods or thoughts on removing awareness from the current and closing the gap between here and there, especially when it feels like a sharp contrast. I feel amazing about what I want, I accept that it is very much possible, but there are still some underlying doubts about its certainty that I feel might be causing this awareness. Anything at all to shift this in the right direction will be a benefit, and very much appreciated. Thank you so much! asked 13 Jul '18, 10:57 hybridmoonlight |
And in feeling that way, you've done your job (as a human-based focuser). You've achieved vibrational purity with the target of your desire. Now just forget about it completely and get on with your normal life. You don't need to stay in that pure vibrational place for long...just a few moments is enough. Your vibration stays where you last left it (i.e. the Universe hears you the first time) so if you don't interfere with your vibrational setpoint (by thinking about the lack of the thing), it's well on the way to manifesting. The Law of Attraction is a "momentum multiplier" so if your vibration is in the right place (for what you want), and you leave it alone, your desire will manifest by itself because the momentum of that thought will keep increasing until the desire gains enough momentum to be perceivable by the physical senses of you (and others) in physical reality i.e. a physical manifestation. So, really, the best thing you can do for a desire with which you've purely aligned with, and which you want to manifest, is leave it alone (though you might want to play with it more for other reasons) Manifesting Experiment 1 deals with the idea of people wanting to do too much to make things happen by focusing on "releasing" the desire in a systematic way. But there are other useful techniques also: The Simplest Manifesting Method In The World, Ever Quote from Abraham:

Thank you so much! I think it's part of the learning process for me to understand that I don't always have to be doing something, that it can just be allowed to happen on its own, and that I don't need to be 100% constantly. The universe knows, I don't have to keep telling it. It feels much better to relax in it than to put false pressure on it or myself to do something. After all, it's about being, not doing, right?

@hybridmoonlight - "After all, it's about being, not doing, right?" - Yep, if you just focused on getting the "Being" right, everything would fall into place by itself: http://www.inwardquest.com/questions/4393/why-do-we-choose-to-use-manifestation-techniques-as-opposed-to-getting-in-the-vortex#4420 The (optional) "Doing" part is not about getting it but about having the feeling of being involved with it coming: http://www.inwardquest.com/questions/99057#99090
