i am a channeler as most of you now know. my biggest problem is because my health is not the greatest that i become VERY fatigued after sessions,. often when some have great questions and can keep up with my source, my body becomes tired. he has taught me a few tecniques that are great and have helped alot but i still can not go over an hour, 45 min. is my average. if anyone has a few suggestions i would LOVE to hear them ,, love n light 2 u all, rob asked 21 Mar '11, 01:51 TReb Bor yit-NE Barry Allen ♦♦ |
Your channeling sessions do seem very psychical. You are constantly moving, spinning as it were. Maybe you should incorporate some yoga into your meditation to stretch and limber up.Diet and fluid intake are important too. A toxic free environment is helpful, kick the smokers out (If you haven't already) answered 21 Mar '11, 16:42 ursixx thank you,, i NEVER even considered all the background comotion, i do try to keep it quiet and serine but when i am doing sessions with people all around the world the times are ALWAYS different so i need to reconsider this greatly, i have been wanting to take up the yoga but i have horrible knee and shoulder issues, would that effect my abbility to do yoga?? i will also try to shut down the programs as well, thank you so much, love n light, rob

In your case, meditation would be a great help. Since you have company along to drain from you, quieting your thoughts will charge your inner self. Also, the sun, (use sunscreen if long periods), sitting in the sun with your eyes closed will give you a great boost but don't overdo it. Next, expand your personal bubble into the earth, the trees, the wind and know that you are connected to this nature self along with deep breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth. P.S. Try to channel yourself to a writing pad or record yourself and do some self editing. It is annoying, you don't have to prove anything here. Many of us have that talent too. answered 21 Mar '11, 06:48 The Knights Alchemy i never thought of the sun issue, ihave used the many trees in our property but i never though of it!! thank you so much for the idea actualy i use the old tecniques from the hemi-sync system from the monroe institute, i do meditate 3 times a day for 30 min to an hr and i always do a preperational meditation that takes me 15 - 30 min. before i channel,, thank you so much for your light

Make sure you are eating a diet that matches your needs. Which will include chemical free food and organic as possible. With that make sure you are exercising more calories than you are taking in. Get at least eight hours of sleep, plenty of water and meditate 20-30 minutes a day. You should be fine. Any medical conditions, please see a doctor. answered 21 Mar '11, 06:54 you thank you. this is my biggest issue. i have a an issue with that , i do believ that is my worst issue, my sorce explained to me that i am like a lopsided triangle, my mind and spiritual side work very well, but my body is not, he explaines that once this is done i will be great !! i do meditate 3 times a day for 30 min to an hr and i always do a preperational meditation that takes me 15 - 30 min. before i channel,, thank you so much for your light. love n light, rob

I would suggest doing a resistance training workout 3 times per week. Although your channeling experience involves a constant movement, it is not weight bearing. I am sure you work up quite a sweat, so you must replace the water and electrolites. I don't suggest sports drinks, unless you get an all natural, organic variety. Drink water before your session and after. Not too much at once just before, but an eight ounce glass sipped slowly every 30-60 minutes before your session should help prepare you. I do not eat before my workouts, but afterward. After I work out, I take L glutamine and then eat breakfast. L glutamine is an amino acid and helps with recovery. Make sure you are getting enough complete protein as well and lots of fressh vegetables and some fresh fruit. Without knowing what you are eating, it's hard to modify it. I think you should grow your own sprouts and eat them every day. answered 24 Apr '11, 02:26 Fairy Princess thabnjk you agian for you wisdom, this si a very good idea, if you have a link or more inf , please send it
