I seem to have got the hang of lucid dreaming, or at least I am getting better at knowing when I am in a dream. I am fine with the flying thing but am having trouble taking it further. Any tips? asked 26 Apr '11, 06:17 evelyn Barry Allen ♦♦

Read this book: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge. I know it works because I had my first lucid dream after reading it. Stephen's book is unique among "new age" books, because it has some scientific rigor behind it. answered 27 Apr '11, 20:09 Vesuvius Thanks Versuvius, I've been toying with the idea of buying Stephens book so I think it will be a new purchase
