We know that we are doing this exercise correctly when we feel that we are restful and at peace with ourselves and the world. answered 09 Aug '11, 06:44 blubird two |
I have not done this exercise or this book. However, I would expect that during the exercise, you should come to a place of relaxation where you feel like you are floating because there is no tension or resistance in your body. Afterward, you might feel light headed a little bit, but you should feel light all the way around, with a sense of relief, like a load has been lifted off your shoulders, and like you just woke up from the longest, best sleep you ever had. answered 10 Aug '11, 14:36 Fairy Princess |

Part 3 in what? The Master Keys? Please give us a link to what you are reading. Thanks
Yes, I'm sorry for not being specific. The Master Key System. I don't exactly have a link...I have the book in print.
If you could summarize the exercise in your question, it will be very useful to those of us trying to answer your question.
lol...ok (I'm obviously new at this site), here goes:
29. For your exercise this week, I will ask you to go one step further. I want you to not only be perfectly still, and inhibit all thought as far as possible, but relax, let go, let the muscles take their normal condition; this will remove all pressure from the nerves, and eliminate that tension which so frequently produces physical exhaustion.
