This exercise is practical and essential to success...if you have little experience in this area then it is quite normal that your mind will wonder, however after a bit of practice you will find that you become more and more capable of applying your attention, and the image will become clearer and clearer to your mind and memory...practice makes perfect as they say... answered 27 Aug '11, 06:49 blubird two Thanks for your help.
