During these few months, I have seen a few videos of great acts of violences or where some people just seemed to have no regard for human life. And also from news in the newspapers. I won't post any links here because some of them are a little gory and might not be suitable here. But you can probably find a lot of them easily if you wanted to, here are just a few examples:
When you come across these videos or news, it can sometimes be a little difficult or hard to believe that the victims of these situations have attracted these "disasters" to themselves, especially even more so for young children such as in the 3rd case. But why is it only until recently that there seems to be an influx of such situations being made aware or known to us? Are these kind of cases actually on the rise, or is it just that most of us have been blind to them in the past? asked 24 Oct '11, 14:43 kakaboo |
This is a question that may not have a specific right or wrong answer and may garner many different opinions. I used to wonder about this particular topic as well a few years ago and could never figure out what was happening in our world today. The only answer to this question that resonates best with me comes from either Abraham-Hicks or Bashar. Right now I can't really remember which one. I also can't currently find the specific youtube clip so I'll have to relay the message the best I can. Abraham (or Bashar) pretty much stated that the violence in the world today that seems to be escalating at a very fast pace is just us humans trying to get it all out of our system or all onto the table as we near the shifting of consciousness in 2012. It's almost as if humans as a whole know that the old dense and dark way of doing things is coming to an end and are getting all the bad things out while there still is time. The violence that we see everyday is a sign of how fast the energy is moving in our world and the sign that we are shifting into the much talked about new age of consciousness. Now like I said, that is the answer that feels the best for me. I don't like seeing or hearing about the things you mentioned in your question and wish it would never happen but unfortunately it seems to happen quite a bit nowadays. The thing that seems to help me cope with horrible events that happen is to look at our world and existence as a game. Some people may not like that concept but it helps to relieve me quite a bit. All the things we take so seriously in our human physical conscious minds will seem like a dream or no big deal once we arrive back home. When it comes to topics like this I think Bill Hicks sums it up best here. answered 24 Oct '11, 16:13 Cory Back in 94/95, I had a psychic reading from quite a gifted vibrational reader. She basically told me that within a year I would have life-changing connections from Texas, USA. Within that year, I came across Bill Hicks (who had died shortly before) and Abraham-Hicks...both utterly life-changing...both based in Texas. Bill's routines are compulsory viewing in the Stingray household :)

Thanks for the Bill Hicks link for it was the first time I saw Bill Hicks and I loved "Just A Ride"

@Stingray Sounds like the physic was spot on in your reading. Abraham's teaching have been the main core of my transformation and I could listen to Bill Hicks comedic knowledge all day long.

@Paulina Your welcome! I've listened to that clip so many times it isn't even funny. Any time I need a quick mood lift, I know the ole "just a ride" will shift me into a much more relaxed and easy going mindset.

@White tiger I'm sure you are going to ask this question, but I am sorry to say you are hard to comprehend for me, because that's not what I am trying to ask in this question.

If you focus on those dark acts, you will see more of them. We can't control everything, since others have free will, but we can control what we let take root in our minds. For peace of mind, I would suggest avoiding the TV news. After reading a few of Eckhardt Tolle's books, which suggested that, I stopped and feel much better and much more peace of mind and security. answered 24 Oct '11, 17:52 LeeAnn 1 Actually they don't affect me as much as they used to already, but I am just curious as to why these events seem to be on the rise and it is sometimes just difficult to believe those victims "attracted" those circumstances to them. When I ignore these stuff some of my friends say I am apathetic or without a heart but I just ignore them instead lol..

It has been said that the darkest hour is before the dawn. It also seems that the tides pull out before the larger waves flood in. Heads up!! Something is awry. We need to prepare to survive two challenges. We need to prepare to share diminishing resources with a growing population and we need to prepare to unite in order to evict the extraterrestrials who intend to colonize and harvest us. These are critical times but we have come here to participate in solutions. You wonder how beings who look human can coldly destroy without apparent twinges of conscience? There is a breed that outperforms us in many ways but they haven't the depth, the complexity, or the need for freedom that we indigenous Earthlings have grown into from generations of wise and compassionate breeding. Our intruders have a hive mentality and their weakness is the inability to think for themselves or connect to the well-springs of human love and deeper spiritual power. Much can be done to improve life on this planet but we all must participate one day at a time caring for each other as if our lives mattered. This is the chance to shine the light in the darkness. We are all flashlights. answered 27 Oct '11, 05:33 Ponderingparks |

you are becoming more aware. yes those things are not new. and telling people that the end of the world is coming is not helping things because carnal people will drop morales and try to do annything they can before the ends come.
