I have noticed over the past few months that my instincts have become recognisably stronger-only I always seem to notice too late!! If I can give you examples- when I shopping for furniture I kept getting this felling I had left something behind, so I kept checking my bag and my keys and purse etc were still there. After about thirty mins I went to use my fone and it wasnt in my bag. I had left it on a stand, (someone found it thank goodness) but i said to my brother I KNEW something was missing! My biggest annoyance was at the weekend, I was having a fabulous nite, all my favorite song were played etc, to cut a long story short my purse and fone were stolen out of my bag when I was dancing. I went to the police and going over the details I could decribe the two boys amazingly well even tho I had never seen them before and did not talk to them. I realised that they had been standing behind me for an hour and I didnt feel quite comfortable for some reason. I could go on as this is happening a lot, not just in bad ways but good ones to. How do I start recognising it is happening to act on it? xxx asked 21 Nov '11, 12:37 Red Shoes

Cultivate your "felt-sense." The best way that I know of to do this is by meditating, and by practicing what Eugene Gendlin calls Focusing. Meditation clears your mind, allowing intuitive feelings to surface. Focusing gives you the ability to put a shape or words to those intuitive feelings. Beware of Post-Hoc Reasoning. It's easy to figure out things after the fact; having that ability doesn't necessarily mean you're clairvoyant, or that you're somehow missing important details. It just means that you have the benefit of 20/20 hindsight. answered 22 Nov '11, 05:04 Vesuvius |

by being aware. and when you forget something somewhere just check the list of what you add in mind today.or ask your self what is missing. if you don't find what is missing then replay everything from today and you will find what you have missed. has for the feeling from instinc not comfortable you should always be aware when you feel something cultivate it and learn to be more aware about it. experience and enjoy. answered 23 Nov '11, 02:21 white tiger |

Sorry, I don't have an answer, but I used to be really good at describing people I didn't know. Someone would ask me if I know so and so and I would describe them, hair color, height (tall or short not feet and inches) etc...
but I had never seen them.
