What are the ways to keep us from sabotaging our selves? We do so much damage against our own selves. Examples: we say you don't know how to do that. You will never learn how to do this. That job you want you are not smart enough or organized enough for that job, or he or they want hire you. He or she doesn't like you; and on and on about how we are not good enough for this or that. We do some serious damage on our own selves before anyone else get a chance to tear us down as well. For we are self destructive at times. Well, maybe most of the times until we learn better. I am interested to know what are the keys of life. Here are some I think Love, happiness, good health, knowing their self, believing in God/Jesus, going deep within your self to understand yourself. Tell me what you think maybe you have some more or some different ones or maybe you take this in another direction. Lets see where this leads. We are electro magnetic energy beings trying to understand who and what we are and consist of a whole complete being made from the earth by God and giving many gifts we are yet to unfold. asked 11 Jan '10, 02:51 flowingwater Vesuvius

The keys of life for some are: Virtue, Grace, Peace, Harmony, Love, Unity, Faith, Destiny, Fellowship, Cooperation, Truth, Justice, Trust, Understanding, Knowledge, Education, and learning, Wisdom, Protection, Safety, Health, Nutrition, Wealth, and Prosperity. The keys of life could also be your success, and achievements in life, and what and how you were able to accomplished your goals. A step by step outlined to show what are the tools you used, or the approach you use to acquire your success. The keys of life can mean one particular thing that you have done, that no one else has done, and you are teaching others how to use this skill, or you are producing new merchandise for the market. Yours keys of life can be different to my keys of life, but in the same token it can be equally important to each of us. You can also use your keys of life to help others build up their keys of life to be more successful. You can create your own future success with your keys of life, if you know how to develop, and to use your key of life to get what you want out of life. The keys of life are for you to find your key to success in life, so use your key of life to open the door that will lead you either to God, success, fame, or fortune. Remember you have your own key of life, so use it wisely. The choice is always yours, to do, or not to do. But the true keys of life are our fellowship with our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ, for the Bible teaches that no man can enter into the Kingdom of God, except through the son Jesus. answered 11 Jan '10, 07:16 Inactive User ♦♦ You are so right about the true keys of life are our fellowship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and he is the only way to enter into the kingdom of God Elsa.

But what are the keys to living here on earth as a physical human being for happiness, love, success, good health, joy, and peace. In all that we do we must incorporate God and Jesus for they are the ones that keeps us grounded in spiritual love and protection and wisdom and peace. But what else must we do must we have what are the keys that we can live by to help us be better spiritual human beings while we are living here in this physical earth enjoy our physical journey to learn of our spiritual selves.

"But the true keys of life are our fellowship with our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ, for the Bible teaches that no man can enter into the Kingdom of God, except through the son Jesus" How about Fatherhood of God, Sonship of Man(kind). i am -> I AM I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life... maybe Jesus was saying that God who calls Himself I AM is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Jesus said "what I can do you can do also" - maybe the key to life is to keep these words in mind. Terrifying challenge when you think about it, maybe that is why most don't. Perseverance is a good Key. answered 03 Feb '10, 22:46 Inactive User ♦♦ You are right we need to keep connection with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for he said he was the only way so he is the portal we must all enter through in order to make it to the kingdom of heaven where God and Jesus dwell and the Holy angels. But there are other keys of life for living here on this earth in abundance that Jesus Christ said I come that you may have more abundance. We must always keep in mind that we are spiritual beings and we must go back to our heavenly Father but what are the keys to living here on earth as a spiritual being living in a physical body enjoying life.

I feel the need to respond to flowingwater's comment on my answer - and cannot get the comment section to respond. So forgive me for doing it here. Dear Flowingwater With all due respect I DID NOT SAY "we need to keep connection with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for he said he was the only way so he is the portal we must all enter through in order to make it to the kingdom of heaven where God and Jesus dwell and the Holy angels. I actually believe, and was saying, that Jesus taught us to think for ourselves, to look at others as ourselves and to got off our backsides and do something to help where we see situations need some help. If Jesus said "I am the Way" I think he was challenging us to follow his method, manner, approach to life on Earth. I love Jesus as much as you, but he taught me NOT TO RELY ON HIM.. but rather to go out a do what He did. RE: "the Bible teaches that no man can enter into the Kingdom of God, except through the son Jesus." God did not write anything, He has no need for hands, people wrote the Bible. The bible also told people to go out a slaughter whole communities... ??? This from the God of Love ??? I am with The Traveller on this one "LISTEN TO THE INNER GUIDANCE" - the Kingdom of Heaven is within, God is Omnipresent - the Bible says so :)

I am sorry Lorraine I apologize for misinterpreting what you said. But I am still confused. Are you saying that we should not maintain a connection with God or Jesus Christ? Also God inspired (had them to write) some of the things that he wanted us to know. but God will reveal things to us as humans the things he wants us to know sometimes. God is the God of Love but he also says he was a jealous God. I don't know what you are referring to about slaughtering whole communities unless you were talking about war in the bible. So I can't talk on this because I don't know where you are coming from

Sorry for misinterpreting what I thought you were saying Lorraine and I thought you were saying that "we need to keep a connection with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ". You are saying than we don't need to keep a connection with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ than I am going to leave it at that. I assumed wrong of what you were saying my misinterpretation. –

Some people have never heard of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ... do I believe they are destined for hell or whereever - NO! That which we refer to as Lord and Saviour is called something else by them and should be equally respected and honoured. I think once we recognise that we are connected then it is to our own great benefit that we do all in our power to retain that conscious connection. Just maybe the connection for some people is unconscious ?

In the beginning we learn or are given the "keys" according to the society in which we start life. Then we start to gather more keys according to our desires & potential. Eventually the keys get in the way because they form the unconscious rule book that replaces the authority that our parents had over us. So we rebel, awaken, and examine the nature of the keys we have acquired. Eventually we arrive at the one key that unlocks all keys. It is the master key. It's the only key we really need. That key is "LISTEN TO THE INNER GUIDANCE" answered 05 Feb '10, 08:42 The Traveller |

The key to life is learning to follow our emotions. If we only did things that made us feel good, that would be more than enough to live a fulfiling life. You have mentioned a couple of emotions in your question which are love and happiness which I think are very much what we should be aiming at experiencing most of the time and spend the least amount of time having negative emotions. The things that brings us those good feeling emotions are irrelevant as long as they feel good to us. Whether somebody else disapproves is totally their issue. Everyone of us is ultimately only liable for their own connection with eternal conciousness which we achieve by following what feels good to us. answered 05 Feb '10, 14:32 Pink Diamond |
here are the key you are looking for do not judge. jesus refer to stone as judgement in the bible and in the gospel of thomas. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2k0RzhVJSxE Jesus said, "Blessed is he who came into being before he came into being. If you become my disciples and listen to my words, these stones will minister to you. For there are five trees for you in Paradise which remain undisturbed summer and winter and whose leaves do not fall. Whoever becomes acquainted with them will not experience death." Jesus said, "It is I who am the light which is above them all. It is I who am the all. From me did the all come forth, and unto me did the all extend. Split a piece of wood, and I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there." Jesus said to his disciples, "Compare me to someone and tell me whom I am like." Simon Peter said to him, "You are like a righteous angel." Matthew said to him, "You are like a wise philosopher." Thomas said to him, "Master, my mouth is wholly incapable of saying whom you are like." Jesus said, "I am not your master. Because you have drunk, you have become intoxicated from the bubbling spring which I have measured out." And he took him and withdrew and told him three things. When Thomas returned to his companions, they asked him, "What did Jesus say to you?" Thomas said to them, "If I tell you one of the things which he told me, you will pick up stones and throw them at me; a fire will come out of the stones and burn you up." Jesus said, "Show me the stone which the builders have rejected. That one is the cornerstone." respect your brother and sister free will. Jesus said, "You see the mote in your brother's eye, but you do not see the beam in your own eye. When you cast the beam out of your own eye, then you will see clearly to cast the mote from your brother's eye." love them like your self. stay in the truth. the truth will set you free. answered 24 Mar '12, 03:41 white tiger |
I think it is similar to the keys to dreaming. When you really wake up and realize who is creating your experience of life, you are free to choose. Just like when you realize you are creating your dreams, all of a sudden, you can do anything, including controlling the dream itself. Maybe Jesus was so awake in life that he saw the illusion of reality, and thus could perform the most amazing miracles! To him it was just another choice of how things are in life. So the keys are "What am I choosing now to experience?" "Is what I am choosing consistent with what I want to experience?" answered 24 Mar '12, 11:37 Wade Casaldi did you find the cornerstone wade?
