I've not been involved in actual regression but I have gleaned more and more hints about some of my other incarnations over the years.

For me, I'm aware of having played some of the darker roles in other lives and, to some extent in the past, in this one. What that's done has made it much easier for me to be less judgmental, rather than being one of those who immediately jump to label others as "bad".

After all, the "bad" judge the "good" as "bad" also :)

So when I see people aggressively promoting the way of "Light", it does make me smile because from a less judgmental perspective that's exactly the same as someone aggressively promoting the way of "Darkness".

In my view, it's when we let go of judgments and just see our life experiences as simply experiences that we chose to undergo, without feeling the need to label them as good or bad, and right or wrong, that we really open up to new levels of understanding within ourselves.

So, for me, that knowledge of past lives (which are really current lives, since past, present and future are happening Now) just gives me a broader, even slightly unusual, perspective on my current reality.

Oh, and before anyone starts throwing virtual stones in my direction, we all play the dark and light roles in different incarnations because you cannot have a complete experience of physical reality without engaging in both. It's just about whether you allow yourself to remember them :)

I had a person who contacted me and asked Treb what a blockage of his was. In the larger view, this is the way universal justice has always been served.

It makes perfect sense that the misunderstandings and mistakes of those who failed in their initial attempts to bring civilization to this planet, would be carried over to the present generation.
