People no matter their origin religion or lack of religion ask question that they should be able to know for them self. example: what should we do with those kind of people? should not God come and set order in this world? is this person not commiting sin? am i not better then this person? am i not more worthy then this person? am i not better then this person? my religion or my way is better? my work is better? what i do is better? the way i am is better? etc... when they ask those question can't they not see their ego and their sin? what did jesus said do not judge and you will not be judge. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2k0RzhVJSxE&feature=related are they following the first and second law?(the golden rule) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=objVveZlpUs if jesus was on earth today would they really ask him to open the seal? are they so sure that they are not in the wide gate. are they sure that they follow is way? Obvious to one does not necessarily mean obvious to another. This very post is the example of that. Whereas you wonder about reasons people might have, to me the reasons are obvious and oblivious and I should not bother my mind pondering about them in never-ending quest searching for justification of my own righteousness. I think it is because they are insecure in themselves, so they compare themselves to others. When they feel jealousy, they elevate themselves by lowering others. very good Fairy princess acting from the false center(ego) to hide the truth to feel better.
