Though I know powerful tools and techniques I can use to make my life happier, often I find myself going down paths alone, unconnected and pushing when I know it all works better when I relax and flow. In the "Zone" I accomplish more. easier, better and faster. I sometimes catch myself saying, "I'll skip the early morning meditation because I have a lot of things I want to do." Yet I know that the morning meditation is critical to my strengthening my Connection with my Inner Self / Source / God in order to have a better day. I think Motivation gets me started and Habit keeps me going. How do you handle this? asked 26 Apr '12, 08:24 Dollar Bill |
Keep checking in to this site and any other that help. Also I believe in noting any progress. Keep at least a scriblly diary. See your progress stay pumped. If you do like Satori says live it all the time. Thanks for you question. It was spot on. answered 27 Apr '12, 01:05 Tom I think you are right. I need more of a routine. I know this stuff works! Just need to remember to use it more often.

I am confused, your question asks about remembering to use the tools, then in the body, you wrote that you decide to skip it. I am not sure what you are asking.
