I heard this quote in the movie, "The Iron Lady", and I really liked it:
This really helps me to see how thought becomes reality. Do you agree? Peace, Jai BTW, I researched the quote, and found no source. If you know the author, let me know. Thanks! Jai asked 27 Apr '12, 18:32 Jaianniah

Hello Jai, Love the quote and yes I do believe that we eventualy become what we habitualy think. The emphesis is on habitualy for it must be something that one thinks more often than not. If anyones thoughts bother them they can be changed by seing beauty and love where ever one goes. If one gets this right the thoughts will automatically change to be more positive and within a bit of time life will change to reflect the new habitual thinking. answered 28 Apr '12, 04:06 Paulina 1 Thank you for the answer! Yes, it pays to look at the bright side...I know a man who only sees the negative in all things, and he certainly is not happy! At first, it seems hard to change one's thinking, but it works out to be its own positive-feedback loop- it "feels" good to think well and positively. Blessings, Jai

I agree with paulina but I feel we can find real comfort in this idea.If you only see what you truly want whether that be ideas, love, education then we truly can only have this presented for us.You truly do get what you want-the quest is understanding through your thoughts what exactly it is you are attracting. Peace and Love answered 28 Apr '12, 11:04 PlatosCave So true- I thought this saying is actually a shorthand version of manifesting! Blessings, Jai

An interesting Quote...mostly true. I think each part of it can be teased into a logical thoughts/conclusions. I believe that the "brain is very obedient...does what it is told." answered 31 Oct '12, 06:55 gaiaverne gaiaverne, if one wills it, but usually the intellect seems to be placed in the position of ruler instead of the great tool that it is

I like that quote, too. Most google sites say author unknown, but some sources says it was written by Lao-Tze, the ancient Chinese philosopher. http://stateofmindz.wordpress.com/2010/06/09/thoughts-become-words/. Either way, a great quote, wise words to think about.
Thank you!
I do love that quote. It was on the wall in at least one childhood classroom.
Love the Quote.
Indeed we do. Where our mind goes, body follows.
