Hello Harel, I just read through the exercise in part two of the Master Key system and there is no mention that you can't or should focus on your breathing. Many that meditate focus on their breathing and that is a good way to stop unwanted thoughts so I don't see why not and in fact it could be beneficial for the purpose of this exercise. answered 06 Oct '12, 15:23 Paulina 1 |
