Im becoming more sold on the idea of parallel realities. I believe that when Christ mentioned " Many Mansions " He was referring to this. However im not sure of the following.

Do we.... ONLY... occupy one of these realities at a time, skipping from one to another....OR are we occupying ALL of these at any one time.

And if scenario two is true, then why are we only "aware" of the one were in.

Or in fact can we be aware of more than one.

A lot of questions i know!

@monty riviera i think that you will have to meditate and be aware if you want to know it don't you?

(18 Jan '13, 10:44) white tiger

Who is this you that can exist somewhere without your awareness?

@flowsurfer When I said what I did on that other thread to you, I didn't realize you didn't acknowledge the possibility of "pr's". The 'you' is a clone or another version of you.

I am surely no expert on the subject, but my understanding after having read a few books is that all the possibilies are playing through at once, but that until we learn to experience more of them, our consciousness is only on the one. It's possible to slip through from one to another as we learn how to.

Hello Monty Riviera

In the following video, David Marshall explains how he sees the true nature of other lifetimes ... "time" is simultaneous outside of physical reality and other lives "past", "now", "future" are all happening simultaneously ;

I shall check out the link bb2. Mant thanks.

(18 Jan '13, 05:09) Monty Riviera

Wow. haha. 5 free lessons and full package of enlightenment for just 200$.

I should really quit my job and start my business. Target market - people in desperate need for [insert product]. The wants, the needs, the desires. All waiting to be exploited and cashed.

Maybe finally, I could get to eat a cake per day!

And how can one put Albert Einstein into category of spiritual teachers, if he proclaimed nonsense like - “The only source of knowledge is experience” . ugh!:S

(18 Jan '13, 05:17) CalonLan

@calonlan why do you judge it as nonsense?you experience this life right now and it becomes your knowledge if you are not able to experience and be aware and learn then the only source of knowledge is outside of you. booth exist but can you be aware of booth and make them become one?

(18 Jan '13, 08:45) white tiger

Ill agree with the sentiment CalonLan...two hundred bucks does seem a bit steep !

(18 Jan '13, 08:53) Monty Riviera

Listened to a little of the link BB2. Do you believe were actually living all our states at the same time ..or are the other states....or rooms in the metaphorical house static..and waiting for us to occupy or animate them? Do they exist for us..but are sort of "waiting" for us to enter them.Cant really explain it better im afraid.

@White tiger, because knowledge is not experience. Knowledge is dead. Knowing is living experience. Knowledge is dead information. You can borrow knowledge from books, other people. It can never be experience.

Or do you experience flying when you read about it in newspapers?

Knowledge is a dead weight on your shoulders. And the more you cling to it, the less you experience.

(18 Jan '13, 10:13) CalonLan

@CalonLan agreed we know how far the distance is between stars through math but none have actually experienced traveling between them with a measuring tape. LOL

(18 Jan '13, 11:35) Wade Casaldi

@Monty Riviera- the house represents the mind and is made up of three major divisions; conscious, subconscious and super conscious ... the activities within the rooms of the house indicate how the mind uses this structure :)

@Cal "finally, I could get to eat a cake per day" well I always take comfort in the fact when I turn down a decadent dessert, I know in a parallel reality another version of me is savoring every morsel at the same exact moment. It's so real I can taste it. It's a very pleasurable sensation. "Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere." ~ Albert Einstein It works for me. I bet in a parallel universe, you're eating all the cake you want & everyone thinks you are a sage.

(20 Jan '13, 01:33) ele

@Cal Yes, I know you meant you would have the money to buy cake; but your reality kind-of sucks.

@blu haven't looked at the video yet; but your comment is intriguing. I know parrallel universes do exist. Not a doubt in my mind.

(20 Jan '13, 01:38) ele

when you will make the 2 become one,in truth and take the last gate then you will experience the kingdom and will know that you experience knowledge even after the body. but for now you think of knowledge as intellectual knowledge.

(20 Jan '13, 01:47) white tiger

@ele- yes imagination is the fifth element, the other four being fire, air, earth and water ... sure parallel universes exist, dreams for example.

(20 Jan '13, 02:48) blubird two

@white tiger- for me "the 2" means the visible and invisible worlds, the last gate is the portal to other dimensions ... we could consider that the internet integrates the visible(hardware) with the invisible(energy flowing through it), the portal being the screen ... the entire world wide web acting as an antenna that receives cosmic energy(information) ... that's why we sometimes get the impression of surfing, of waves of energy, synchroneity.

(20 Jan '13, 02:51) blubird two

@blu haven't checked the video out yet. I did not know (or did I?) imagination was the 5th element. Yes, I was speaking about my dreams. Dreams, how we discover the many windows to our souls. Also there is an older woman (good, dear friend) prominent in her community who connects with this alternate universe everyday at the same time for the last 5 or 6 years. No one who knows her has any doubts & it is what has kept her sane & given her joy.

From what I have studied the fifth dimension is the dimension of potential.

Everything is happening simultaneously however experience is not possible there because there is no contrast. You can't experience falling, raising, floating, and stability simultaneously there would be nothing to judge it by so it would not be experienced. You can't experience extreme happiness, extreme sadness, apathy, happiness, sadness all at the same time, again you would have nothing to judge it by so it would not be experienced. It is only by settling in the fourth dimension of time and third dimension of space that any potential can be experienced. So we do exist here and there but we can only be conscious of here. Think of trying to read this print if every combination of every letter and words were mixed in with what you're reading, it would be impossible to read. It is only by choice of what letters and what words that this makes any sense at all, and that is a fourth and third dimension thing.

I tend to agree. If i am conscious of anything other than my here....then im not conscious of it...if you know what i mean. These other realities may well exist, but if im not tasting them now, or as you said "experiencing " them, then they may as well not exist at all. If theres another "me" thats IS experiencing them...then is that me...well...me!?

(18 Jan '13, 11:30) Monty Riviera

All it is, as I understand it... It is potential you. Watch the movie "What the beep do you know?" I watched that a few years back it explained it pretty well, also the book The Tenth Insight explains it as a story.

Potential you goes for a raise, gets the raise, gets fired, gets laid off, gets a paid vacation, gets nothing but yelled at, gets told, "I'll think about it" all simultaneously.
