I know that we have guardian angels or spirits around us because I was saved by one as a child. There is no question or doubt in my mind. However, I don't know if they only intervene when there is a sudden danger, or if they are able to assist us when we request. I will be interested to read what others think; you have posed some interesting questions.

When I was around 5 years old, a lot of us kids were playing after school in the garden of one of our school mates. Because children often don't realize what they are doing is dangerous, we devised a game where we would put a rope around our necks and jump off of a slide. I have no idea what we thought would happen. When I jumped, I was lifted by a transparent shape into its arms, and placed gently off to the side without being hurt. The rope was dangling freely even though I had certainly put it around my neck and even felt its snugness. I should have broken my neck of course. I could have died or been paralyzed. For a moment I was totally confused about what had happened. One of the mums looked outside at that time and became very upset. She took the rope away and sent us all home!

Rogerio, We are surrounded by spiritual entities, which are named according to our own beliefs and comfort levels... ( Spirit, Guardian Angel, etc.)

God, that I am that I am, has holy angels that help us. Yes at times we can see them and communicate with them. Just has we can talk and communicate with Jesus and God. now we have to listen because they do speak to you. Example you might hear your angel say slow down and you know you are not going over the speed limit but you slow down anyway which avoid you from being in an terriable accident or keep us from being killed.

God dwells inside of us if we ask him to come in and dwell within us and our lives. Now the spirit of God dwell within as he breathe the breathe of life into man and he became an living soul.

Seek deep within your soul it knows the truth you are looking for and ask God to reveil the truths you are looking for and he will through various forms be it directly or indirectly. God said ask and yea shall recieve, seek and yea shall find, knock and the door shall be open unto you.

We can communicate with the higher power directly or we can communicate through another human or a spiritual entity. It all depends on what one's belief is. We exist in a spiritual and physical dimension simultaneously and therefore we are able to communicate at both levels depending on our state of beingness. We can communicate without words, just by using our thoughts and get a response in the same manner. I believe that at a deeper level we know the answer to all the questions. We only have to connect with our subconcious and we can tap into the universal power.

I agree with Penny, above. Also, take for example Abraham Hicks which is the result of the relationship between Esther Hicks and the group of spiritual entities called Abraham. Abraham has described themselves as "a group consciousness from the non-physical dimension" . They have also said, "We are that which you are. You are the leading edge of that which we are. We are that which is at the heart of all religions."

it may very well be that spirits are still connected to human activity. w/ out any real data, i would see the possibility as more common than we think.i think perhaps say, if a family member passes away and in their new state they realize how unfairly they treated you in life, that they even be obligated to offer assistance to you as a recompense for their ill treatment of you in life. at least, that has been my experience
