In Chapter 17 of To Heaven and Back, the Chapter called "Conversing with an Angel", the author states that angels are very much involved in our daily lives. This fascinated me, and fascinates me. I would like to think that these emissaries from God are involved with us and do affect our lives in a direct way- albeit unseen. \ I have never seen an angel, but I have sensed them from time to time. I remember this day quite a while ago. I was in my rocking chair, reading, sort of waiting for my youngest to awaken from her nap, and suddenly everything felt perfect. The sunlight, the chair, the peace of the afternoon-everything. And I could sense that there were angels nearby. It felt very wonderful and odd at the same time. Have you ever seen or felt an angels? @Jai, our angels are with us every minute of every day. For instance I see 3s zooming past me on number plates while driving as well as on clocks and basically anything else that can show me numbers. I've learned to pay attention to whatever thought is in my head at the moment I see the 3s, they're trying to tell me "it's all good". I've developed images of them in my mind, sometimes these images are very strong, like pictures, I swear I can feel their warmth around me sometimes. Open yourself to them and you'll start seeing more and more signs that they're playing with you, it's a delicious feeling. |

I am beginning to ask this question also. I have been hearing more and more about angels. It seems to me, that they are around us always. They guide and protect us. The best way to ask for their help is to thank them for having done the thing. Like, "Thank you angels for protecting me." Here is a video about angels. 2

Hmmm. I've always had a problem with this whole angels and guides concept. As far as I understand, (and my understanding is limited on this subject) people quite often claim that their angles or guides protected them from danger or making a wrong choice. Also, they claim to be able to feel them when they are around. I believe two things about the human species. First - We make stuff up. Second - We tend to Believe the stuff we make up. True story! As far as I can see, for every example one can give me that an angel or some kind of divine being protected them, I can give 1,000 examples of a complete lack of any protection by said beings. So I wonder, are some angles better at protecting us than others? Or is it that only some of us have angles and the rest have none? Because when it comes to the "claim" of some kind of divine intervention on behalf on any person, it makes me wonder why Everyone doesn't have angles protecting them if we are all "so loved". One simple case in point... 25,000 people, most by Far being children, die every day - Yeah! Every DAY!" of starvation and disease. True, most of those survivors are innocent, but then most suffer extreme guilt and psychological damage. And I know I will get those who will give me examples of divine protection in their own lives or someone they know and Swear to it's reality. I'll even bet that there are those who will read this and remember someone they know or knew who suffered or died and most Certainly did Not deserve to. What about them? No, as far as I'm concerned, it's all Random and based entirely on "who" we are deep inside. Here's the deal. The combination of laws of physics and the power of our own psychology to attract experiences is unavoidable. When a parent walks with their child and the child trips and falls and skins their knee, did the parent allow that to happen? NO! Nor does God. And who does the child turn to for comfort after such a disaster? The parent. We ALL tend to turn to someone or something for comfort or support - OR, blame some outside force for our foibles in life rather than accepting responsibility for them. Life is a reality that we all deal with in our own way. And if blaming someone or group or country or government is your way, so be it. And if claiming divine intervention is your way, so be it. I just know that God is a reality and is there for us no matter how we deal with life. "Stuff" is gonna happen. Accept that fact. The question is, how are you going to deal with it? I say accept responsibility for what you create. The laws of the Universe are intact and never fail. If you believe in, see or experience angles or guides, more power to you. For me, I believe in our God given ability to create our experience of life and call it whatever we want. God won't mind. He's cool like that. ;-) rindor, instead of randomness he suggests you remain open to the possibility of the path. it seems there is always another stone to overturn, if effort is sent to that direction, choosing to see what the stone has covered

Truth !!!! Angels are around us all the time, they are constantly fighting off demons and there wicked assignment to get us to self destruct. God loves us , and is with us.The Holy Spirit has given everyone gifts for our safety in the spiritual world. Some can see in the spirit, that is my gift. Believe it or not THERE ARE BATTLES GOING ON NONE STOP !! Thank you Roy. I stand by the evidence that stares me in the face. "First - We make stuff up. Second - We tend to Believe the stuff we make up". And >"IF"< by chance the are battles going on Popi Bearcat, you said it yourself... those nasty demons can only "TRY" to "get us to self destruct". What you really mean is it's Always your choice in the end. So you can no longer blame some outside force for the crap you find yourself in. @Popi Bearcat Gibson - To me, that people even believe they see or sense angles falls under the belief that we make stuff up and believe it. That there is a spiritual world, I am of no doubt. That angles get involved in our lives begs the questions - If one gets saved by angles, why do so many suffer and die? If angles are Really with ALL of us, why is there so much angel failure? And if they aren't with all of us, how does one qualify to GET one? And Roy is Right - "WE" are our only adversary.

@Rindor What makes you believe it is failure? Why because they die or more precisely they leave their flesh body for the next world? Why do you see that like a failure?We all die one day does it mean your life is a failure?When you came in to this world,when you got born did anny one from the previous world told you that you are a failure or that your life was? My point is that whenever I hear someone claim they were saved some kind of pain or death because an angle saved them, I believe they make that stuff up. It's just a very warm and fluffy idea that people like to believe in. And I didn't say death is failure. Read it again. I'm asking if angles save ANYONE, why not EVERYONE? My failure comment is addressing the idea that if so many suffer and die, where was THEIR angle? Did it "FAIL" to save them?
