At the office, school, car, gym, wherever. What are some methods that help you raise your vibrational level which allows us to be in tune with Universal Laws? I'm thinking meditation will have to be excluded based on the environment.... asked 02 Sep '10, 21:12 Back2Basics

Quietly observing trees, plants, squirrels, birds and butterflies etcetera, always raises our vibrational frequency. And the more in tune you are, the more of these natural things will be a part of your life. In other words, anything to do with nature is to do with higher vibrational frequencies, that's why being in nature feels good and why you create those things in your reality for you to experience, lest you forget and sink to a lower frequency. If you can, just for now, remove the label which you've applied to meditation and simply observe whatever you're currently experiencing, without judgement. By just looking, listening and feeling a total observation, you'll enter into the now moment and that indeed is meditation. Don't forget that we create our own reality. Do you believe we'd venture into this physical reality, without leaving signs and reminders everywhere in nature to help us re-member, lest we forget our true nature? answered 03 Sep '10, 02:09 Eddie |
Anything that makes you feel good will raise your vibration . Some of the things GS415 mentioned or even just thinking about some of those things that makes us feel good will do the trick. Another very simple tool which can really be done anywhere is alternate nostril breathing and it is very effective.I find if something is pulling me in the wrong direction, a couple of minutes of this and I'm right back to center. answered 02 Sep '10, 23:19 Michaela And the only thing passerby's will think we are doing is innocently and persistently picking our noses!

@Michaela: How do you do it? I mean, several breathings with one nostril and then the next, one and one, other? Sorry for the silly question. It sounds interesting... I'd like to try it :)

@BJ09 - Close off the right nostril with your thumb and inhale through the left nostril, then close off the left nostril with your index finger and exhale through the right nostril, inhale through the right nostril, close off and exhale through the left nostril. It's recommended to do about 25 reps each side to feel balanced but even doing 10 when your feeling stressed or anxious can bring you back to center - it helps to balance both hemispheres in the brain. Hope it helps:)

I constantly remind myself that I am a spiritual being having a physical experience. I also remind myself that I am creating my own reality. This helps me to keep my thoughts focused and maintain my vibration level. answered 06 Sep '10, 20:04 Drham @Drham" where did this quote come from, I heard Wayne Dyer saying it too: "spiritual being having a physical experience"

I usually listen to different kinds of music, depending on the mood I am in or what sounds provoking at that time. Also I like art, so I download paintings or illustrations I like from the net and load them in my mobile. And I contemplate them for a while, admiring them. (Sometimes you cannot contemplate nature) :) Very useful on a waiting room that makes you nervous, etc. i.e. dentist :P Or I start remebering pieces of poetry that I learned at school, and I laugh at the amount of silly stuff that I am able to remeber! :D I do that for having a laugh. I usually feel better afterwards... BJ09 answered 03 Sep '10, 13:53 BridgetJones09 |
