I'm really enjoying The Master Key System and am really committed to learning each lesson.

The most exciting thing for me though has been compounding the information with so many new and ancient ideas. I've been reading about Buddhism and Hinduism and the new age teachings of Abraham from Esther and Jerry Hicks.

But I would like to learn more about Western and Eastern Philosophy, separate from religious ties.

Does anyone know of a good book to point me in the right direction of learning about Philosophy?

Check out a book called Sophie's World, by Jostein Gaarder. It's a fictional story combined with the history of philosophy. With introductions to early philosophers such as: Socrates, Plato and Aristotle and through the centuries right up to Freud.

It certainly has all the questions and once you've read it, you can post here again for the answers 8-)

Hi, The book is titled, Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East. The author is Baird T Spalding. This book is'nt about classical philosophy per se, but I think it has tremendous value because the story is about the amazing discoveries made while a group from the west meets a group from the east.

Enjoy

"The Neo-Tech Discovery", by Frank R. Wallace. It is based on ancient writings scientically analyized using the most modern methods availble to present mankind. It opens ones mind giving you the ability to formulate your own philosophical views on the world today. I highly recommend it.
