Everything has been great job wise. When I look ahead there is blank pages in my day planner. I use affirmations and meditation to build faith and confidence. I want to continue doing a lot of work and I don't want to be in fear about it. Can you make suggestions please? Thank you.

Tom, You're focusing on what is absent vs. what is possible. 1) Look back to see forward. If you save old planners, look back and realize that you've had appointments in the past. You've done business/work before and people appreciated what you had to offer. With many of those contacts and appointments in the past you had no idea how they were going to come but they did. Realize this and be thankful. 2) Set a believable goal. Place a number at the top of the day of which if you had that number of appointments you feel a sense of accomplishment. It can be tough to do on blank days but only focus 1 or 2 days into the future. Then say to yourself, I have no idea how this will happen, but I like the way that looks and it feels good to know that I would have 1 appointment whereas right now all I have is a blank page. If you have three appointments for the day then put a 4 or 5 or 6 at the top of the page. Whatever you think is a reasonable/believable/acheiveable goal. That is your goal. Make it something that would excite you if it happened. Then just focus on being ok with that whether it comes or not. Do your part, but allow it to come without stress or strain. Again, you have no idea how it would actually come anyway based upon your work in the past. Hang in there. Realize that you've been provided for in the past even when you couldn't see how. answered 02 Dec '10, 20:26 Bwall Some great advice here

Try thinking of those blank spots as opportunities: anything could happen in that time! It is impossible to watch the clock all day; experiences certainly do not wait until the hour to begin or end. If the day comes and there is still no appointment, you then have a whole "blank spot" to paint with whatever activities you might enjoy- working on improving your business, reading something interesting, meditating, meeting a friend, learning how to do something new, exercising, listening to an inspiring album, writing in your journal or asking questions on inwardquest... answered 06 Dec '10, 07:44 Hu Re I agree. Fill your "blank spots" with more questions and answers at InwardQuest.com :) Fun for everyone!

Tom, I would take it for granted that it'll all be filled up. Visualize it as already filled up. Act and behave as though it has already happened.Be confidant about it. How? because you're the one in charge, that's how! I usually am thankful on daily basis for this life of abundance. It works great. Try it. Thank you, namaste answered 02 Dec '10, 12:12 daniele Thank you daniele that was very helpful. Your answer about believing it as done is very Biblical and easy to put into use. And yes thankful daily. Many blessings

Thanks for your message. Stick with just one number in putting it on top of the page. That one number will generate a good feeling if it is believable. Putting too many numbers may confuse you as to what you would like to acheive. If you succeed better than the lower number THEN change the goal to a little higher. Otherwise you actually will be staring at three goals instead of one. Set the one you would be happiest with, and if you go above that then you would be ecstatic because you went above your goal. For example, if you set 1 as your goal and hit 2 then you actually did 100% more! Let's just say you acheive the goal for Thursday on Tuesday. First of all, appreciate the fact that you acheived the goal that you set. Really appreciate it because it has been set. Monday has passed and you now have 2 appointments for Thursday. Since it's Tuesday, you may want to increase Thursday's goal to 3 or 4 or whatever. Then just be ok with that whether it happens or not. Remember it's not whether you win or lose but HOW YOU PLAY the INWARD game. Only raise the goal if and when you are comfortable with it. Have fun with it. Dream of what could be. Be kind to yourself. Best of success. answered 03 Dec '10, 14:37 Bwall I did exactly as you recommended above. Thanks every so much. I thank you for the clarity! Your very smart, in case no one told you lately!

Ok I got out my Well-Being Cards now I feel better. This whole deal is about feelings and beliefs. It may take awhile to get over prior conditioning.
