I have tried the Holosync program designed by Bill Harris. I used the first recording for a period of about eight months. It was an interesting experience to feel the difference in brain waves, and it certainly moves things around energetically. I did'nt move up the levels in the program because it was a bit too synthetic for me so I continued my journey without it.
