Thanks again for this site. I'm so happy it's here. I have been focusing lately on the tools by Stingray, but sometimes I feel like there is a conflict with other information that I am drawn to. For example, I love listening to Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, and Adyashanti, especially because it helps me to drift into a really good feeling place. The big question I have now is centered around free will and effort. I recently participated in the Liberation Unleashed site, which was (from my point of view) about seeing that we don't have control over anything - that everything just happens. Mooji and Adyashanti seem to come from this point of view as well. At the same time, something inside tells me that we do have some sort of control and can act. I have especially experienced this with LOA and other ways of manifesting. This also involves tools such as EFT and the Work of Byron Katie. Releasing things seems to me to still require some effort. So sometimes when I'm trying to refocus or let go of points of view that don't serve me, I think of other teachings that say that we have no control - which leaves me a bit confused. So I've left being torn between just "being" and "observing" and doing something to raise my vibration. So my idea is that our main (and perhaps only) control or "free will" is focus. We can focus on thoughts and emotions, accept that there are many points of view for us to choose from, then refocus on the best feeling thoughts. I would say I agree with your general conclusion. I think this chapter by Neville Goddard [Chapter 21 - The Power of Awareness] says it quite well and is more or less my view on the matter:

so the conclusion is - be happy with ANY vibration your in at the moment. accept it and learn to live with it (learn to know your self and love every single part of it). another conclision - EVERYTHING you want is already here, so you dont have to try or to learn how to attract it or raise your vibration in order to get it. it is here. its just that our 5 senses cant see/feel/etc all thats here. this belife that it is already here, right in front of your eyes is able to pushes away every insecurity, negative thought or need/pressure to do somthing in order to promot something that "isnt here" yet, including the wanting to attract or manifest. knowing that its all here , now , and the acceptance!! that is perfectly ok that im not able to see it all the time, because im not suppose to (now), but my higher self is seeing everything and i trust it, this knowing brings the knowledge and the ability and the freedom and the self allowence to feel what i want to feel, and you feel that cause you belive you have it already. and then you become the observer but also inevitably the manifestor (without trying to). i believe that we have the free will to choose whatever we want.
we can choose to try to manifest but from my experience- the only act of trying to manifest or learning how to, created huge delays and too many thoughts in our brain about the prosses.
