How can you deal with a subconscious belief when your only knowledge of it are the results you attract in your life. Then how do you work to negate the belief, whatever it may be,once you have finally uncovered it? asked 29 Jan '11, 16:15 gaga1996 Barry Allen ♦♦ |
Of course you cannot deal with any negative or self-limiting belief if you do not know what it is. But as you say, the evidence of such self-limiting beliefs is in the evidence of what you're currently attracting into your life in this moment. Everything in your life right now got there due to your beliefs - whether consciously or otherwise. I suggest that you watch your own mind throughout your day and just observe the things you do, say, think and believe. Then those subconscious beliefs will become apparent to you. And once you‘re aware of some of your self-limiting beliefs, you’ll be able to make the changes necessary in order to re-program your mind with positive beliefs. There’s no point in stressing and struggling to identify your self-limiting beliefs, as they’ll float to the surface of their own accord; although sometimes, little reminders can be very helpful. I had great success using Joe Vitale’s 'The Clearing Audio,' so check that out if you feel pulled towards it... The awareness of the unwanted belief and the acknowledging of its existence and the message it had for you, it's purpose; is the ending of it. Own it, love it and release it. In other words, the seeing of the belief is the ending of it because if it's an unwanted belief, you'll automatically change it into something that serves you better once you've become aware of it :) answered 01 Feb '11, 03:26 Eddie |
Perhaps incorporating the affirmation " I am willing to let go of all resistance" might help. I have alot of ingrained belief systems that are hidden in my subconscious but rather than spend time trying to look for a needle in a haystack, I show my willingness to my Higher Self that I am willing to let it all go by repeating this affirmation over and over again Susan answered 14 Feb '11, 10:20 Susan 1 Love your answer Susan it works but next time instead of affirming (I am willing to let go rather say I'm letting go) It will work quicker.

I agree with Eddie answer and would also like to add this quote from Abraham. Milk every moment for all the pleasure you can get from it. When you say, "It is my dominant intent to look for things that feel good today. No matter where I'm going, no matter what I'm doing, no matter who I'm doing it with, it is my dominant intent to look for what I'm wanting to see, to look for things that feel good," and the more you develop the habit of that kind of vibration -- the more the Universe understands that that's who you are! And so, the more you have access only to those kinds of things! answered 05 Jan '12, 08:14 AboveBelow |
On a deeper level (superconscious) we know the answer to all our problems. If you really want to know the answer ask the question to yourself and wait for the answer. Sometimes we do not want to face our truths for whatever the reason maybe. Another way to approach it is to write your question on paper and write whatever answer comes to mind. Keep probing until you have reached the source of the problem. answered 01 Feb '11, 23:40 Drham |
I have found mine by using Google to search for the results this led me back by deduction to the cause, for my Philophobia (fear of being or falling in love). So you can type in what always happens what the results always are and you will find a fear phobia that matches it, once you find that then you know what to target. You need to be honest with yourself about this what is it you feel you can't do, your "Why can't I (this)" that is the thing you need to search the net for what phobia is behind this. Or it could be "Every time I try this, (this) happens." Look at others and see what they do in the same situations this gives a hint as well. Like for me with Philophobia I thought of others and how easy it seems for them to fall in love and find love and be in love and I thought "Why can't I?" I did a search on the net and found out why. Once you find the limiting belief then you can work on ridding it, trying any number of methods out there. answered 29 Jan '11, 20:28 Wade Casaldi 1
Good one Wade I never thought of searching for things that way before.

by meditating staying aware and focus look at all the though and emotion in you they will pass one by one slow them down understand them and put them to rest. you will see how though and emotion link together. you will ask how do you put them to rest? once you understand them you will see that the opposite can also exist and they are only 2 opposite extreme once this is done those though and emotion that bothers you loose their power to bother you. you will discover that you are in control of your self and that you do not have to let your though and emotion bother you. depending on how much though and emotion are sticking on your windows of perception(that you are not aware about) it can take a while to reach the dyana state when nothings bother you anny more and you are in perfect peace awareness and focus has the master of the house. once you reach this the samadhi state is very close by if you have faith with no fear and attachement you can move to the light. if you are pure of heart you will see god. experience and enjoy. answered 05 Jan '12, 00:45 white tiger |

Well we can hope to be here tomorrow, but in essence, we do not know what tomorrow will bring forth! I have my list of things to do today, and unexpectedly something else comes up, and of course, I cannot do it; I do not have the time to do it, or I do not have the money to do it, it is too costly; or I just had a misunderstanding with my boyfriend, and I am miserable, and I decided I need a vacation right away etc. My point is life is a daily challenge, and we never know what we will be confronted with, but we have to be prepared to handle the circumstances in our daily life! answered 01 Feb '11, 07:24 Inactive User ♦♦ |
Keeping your focus on feeling good will sooner or later will reveal any limiting belief. Limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour related to them dont feel good, so as you raise your vibration they are going to stick out more and become very obvious to you. Plus you will feel good NOW. Isnt life really all about feeling good right NOW? :) I wouldnt go looking for them as the obedient LOA will keep creating more limiting beliefs for you to find. answered 14 Nov '12, 03:51 Satori |
