Here we go!: Do you realize that you are creating everything that is to come in your life? I did not realize the potential of this statement until recently. We create our reality with our thoughts. Proverbs says, "A prudent man gives thought to his steps..." How true! When you plan, do you realize that those thoughts go out, and force the Universe to conform to your ideas? I did not know this at first. I thought it was quite the other way around! So what do you think? For me, it is stay positive, or bust! Blessings, Jaianniah asked 16 Feb '11, 18:10 Jaianniah |
I believe it is definitely important to stay positive, Jaianniah. We are constantly manifesting our current physical life situation in the non physical realm, be it consciously or sub-consciously.

that one opening question; Do you realize that you are creating everything that is to come in your life? the honest answer is no, not until the Awakening starts to happen and then once that door is opened and you step through and then comes the hugh RESPONSIBILITY of accepting that it is you and only you that is creating your reality, whether it be in a positive or negative state. For me at first it was a total shock to my system, followed by hugh denial/resistance and then came the acceptance. Now years down the road, although I still stumble at times, I have found it to be the most enpowering realisation I have ever experienced in my life. I will admit that I cannot be positive 100% of the time, but I have a willingness to try each and every day and when I do slip up I try to view my creation not as a negative but an opportunity to overcome the challenge that I have created. This for me makes life more fun and helps to expand my understanding of life. answered 16 Feb '11, 23:33 Susan 1 |
Staying positive is difficult to say the least because we are constantly bombarded with negative images, some we create and others created for us. As well, we might be surrounded by negative people. For me it goes beyond trying to remain positive, it is a life choice. I feel I need to be positive to overcome the obstacles and challenges I face.....to make my life happy and free and to see the world through a better set of lenses. I don't think this is perfect, because some days being positive is really hard, but with self control and a desire to see the "good" in people and in things or at least trying to glimmer something good from a situation, you can remain upbeat and defeat the negatives that are constant. I don't think this way of thinking guarantees a perfect life or of getting everything you want, it just makes the present one seem more fabulous even with it's good and bad. And yes, I do believe I create that energy....... answered 17 Feb '11, 00:43 Renee |
There is a very apt quote in the bible directly from Jesus Scripture Lesson: Matthew 12:35-37 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. Our words have a great power of creation in them, we may create evil with them through intentional speaking evil, we may create evil in them by carelessly speaking evil. This evil I speak of is negative creation, life is hard, life sucks, I'll never be happy, I only have bad luck. I have a friend that has negative magnets on his refrigerator, one says something like "I Have A Lot Of Luck Both No Luck and Bad Luck." That may seem funny but really what is it programing the mind to think seeing it everyday? What are these words creating? There are very many scriptures in the bible about the power of the word, that the word creates, what we speak comes forth so we need to be careful of what we speak. There is an old saying "Be very very careful of what you wish for, you may very well get it." This is far more than when intended this is every moment as it says in Mathew 12:36 every idle word. answered 18 Feb '11, 07:16 Wade Casaldi each time my children use the word "hate" it's like an electric shock going through me.How can one little word have such a powerful effect?

Oh yes words have great power for good or evil, that is why we are not to take the Lord's name in vain. As we keep it sacred it has great power in it for us, if we use it as everyday language nothing special or worse for constant damming how can we have faith in it to save us when needed. There is a good book called in the land of the living and the dead that very much expresses what you feel when the word hate is used. When you are not in body it is even less dulled and more painful.

James 3:5-6 5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.

Proverbs 18:20-21 (New Living Translation) 20 Wise words satisfy like a good meal; the right words bring satisfaction. 21 The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.

To give you a clue as to the power of words a man did an experiment with water crystals, on one jar he wrote hate on the other he wrote love, he let them freeze. This was the same water and both jars were clean before he put the water in them but Oh you should see the difference after freezing what the crystals looked like. Our bodies are 60-70% percent water, do you think maybe these words affect our bodies if they are proven to affect water?

It is not important to stay positive all of the time. Though having a high vibrational state is beneficial most of the time, it would be a fantasy and actually not healthy to always stay in that state or even try to attempt to. Accepting the down turns in life is very needed. It is in the fact of not staying there too long is the trick. I do not know how clean is clean if I do not get some dirt on me sometimes. But I soon take a shower as opposed to walking around wet with a bar of soap all day. answered 20 Feb '11, 21:11 you |
