Which is more important emotions or aura? My aura is a soft blue which indicates "peacefulness, clarity, and communication; truthful; intuitive;" however, I feel angry and frustrated more than I would like to admit. Are my auras the real me and my emotions a mere distraction? Which one outweighs the other?

Thanks a billion!

This is a very good question...we live in a world of energy sometimes named chi, ki, life force energy...all aspects of our physical world that we can see, hear, touch, smell and taste are accompanied by a flow of subtle electromagnetic energy. This energy circulates in our bodies through the system of chakras and meridians and feeds itself on our thoughts, ideas, emotions and our dreams. This explains why positive thoughts are so important they nourish the chi, negative thoughts destroy and can act like poisons. Not only does the chi circulate within our bodies, it also forms the aura surrounding our bodies, extending from 10c.m to 100c.m. and sometimes more. The color of the aura is constantly changing reflecting our thoughts, emotions and ideas, that is how some people are actually capable of "seeing" what we are thinking. The chi is very sensitive and easily influenced, not only does it reflect our inner state it is also easily influenced by the ambient chi, one reason why it's best to wear cotton and other natural fibers, it allows a better flow of energy,

Blubird,

Great response. Thank you. I think this is why I'm confused. It seems as if the aura is the sum total of all "thoughts, ideas, emotions, and dreams." However, the aura also seems very capricious, as it is easily changed by a new, individual thought. For instance, if the overall ME is positive, how does one thought have the power to change my aura. I have so much to learn. Thanks for your comment. It was very helpful.

White Tiger,

Thank you for that helpful information. To answer your question, I can see my aura if I am positioned near a white wall. The aura on my fingers/hands/arms is a soft blue. The aura around my head is white. I haven't checked anywhere else. Thank you again for posting this information. It is nice to have a quick reference sheet for the different colors I may encounter.

concentrate and focus do you see other colors near the blue?what do you see after or before the line of blue? you will see that you have alot more then only 1 color. usely you have at least 4. experience and enjoy.

i dont have any practical knowledge of aura, or how to change them if they can be changed directly. but as far as i know, emotions are under your direct control, atleast inherently. but one needs to regain that control. and this can be done through various practices easily, but needs patience. once emotions are under your control, your aura naturally will change towards the better. and when you say blue, you may be right that you are a peaceful person, but peacefulness will not be your (only) emotion/mental condition 24 hours a day. even you agreed to that. even one thought of anger will add a little redness to your aura (i guess), because it does give out thoughts of red colour. so practically, as per my limited knowledge, aura is just a sum of all your emotions. to a person with an activated third eye, it may tell everything, especially your emotion at that very instant. but for the person himself (i.e. you), more that the colour, it is the awareness of the very emotionn, every emotion, every thought, every moment, that will matter, practically, so that you can work on improving them...

Abhishek Mishra,

Thank you for commenting. Your final sentence really resonated with me. I am actively working on becoming more aware of my thoughts and emotions through various exercises to silence my mind. I'm using my aura as a way to judge whether or not I'm on the right track. Right now, the aura around my head is white which is a signal of the disharmony between my mind and body. Thanks again for commenting. It really helped.

MsKMHunt.. glad that u liked the information. but if u ask me, the exercise called ANTARMOUNA is the best way of being aware. and most important thing here is that, although you will do the exercise for only a few minutes a day, but after a while, the effects will be felt all through the day. and you will no longer need to TRY and be aware as that will become a natural and an automatic process. infact every moment, whenever there will be even the most subtle of negative emotion or thought, there will be a kind of a virtual internal alarm, and you will become immediately aware. contd......

(06 Sep '11, 07:56) abhishek mishra

contd.....and once you become aware through antarmouna, there will be no resistance or fight with the negative thought, and in a second or two,u will be free from it. I was addicted to drugs, and i tried everything, but nothing worked. whenevr the urge came, i used to lose to it, no matter how hard i tried. now that i started doing antarmouna, i can almost see the urge coming, step by step, i can see (feel) it working, and trying to drop me down. but in just a second or two, i release the urge. this was something which i found impossible earlier, and wasted years of my life. bt thnk god now

(06 Sep '11, 08:01) abhishek mishra

another advantage antarmouna will give u is that it will help u judge urself in the most appropriate way. for example, u said that the aura around your head is white, or whatever; what happens is that we are improving everyday according to our own level and dedication. but at times when we compare it with any given parameter, it may bother us, or may depress us. but antarmouna is a jewel. it tells u everything u need to know, will tell u how to judge urself, will tell u whether or not to judge urself. actually it will give u all answers to all questions. guess thats too much for a sugestion

Ursixx,

Thank you for your response. "As a person grows the aura changes also..." This sounds familiar and makes perfect sense. I'm so new at learning about auras. Thanks again.
