There are miracles happening every moment of every day but we don't always have our eyes open wide enough to perceive them. As you suggested in your answer, one of the greatest of these is the life that flows through us that we tend to take for granted. When we sit and contemplate our very being and even our physical bodies we begin to realize how miraculous they really are; how perfectly they function, down to the very finest details.

Miracles are abundant every moment in nature but few people take the time to stop and savour them and most people interpret the word miracle as being some kind of mind blowing event.

Miracles can be seen as an act of God or as one coming into complete alignment with their Source or God and realizing their desires manifesting from that place of alignment - " In God all things are Possible". The potentiality for any miracle exists but firstly we have to have complete faith and secondly expand our awareness to perceive it when it happens.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. -- Arthur C. Clarke

Learn the way the world works, and you automatically start getting what would be called miracles. But, of course, nothing is miraculous. Learn what the magician knows and it's not magic anymore.
-- Richard Bach.

The real tragedy is not that people don't believe in miracles anymore. It's that people have become so accustomed to the mundane that they have forgotten how to reach for something greater. -- Vesuvius
