To manifest something. we are told to: Feel good. (that to be done all day). Meditate. Visualize. Repeat Affirmations. How do you think these processes should be best worked out to help the manifestation process? Or, which process corresponds with which step in manifesting? I am trying to be as clear as possible. I will clarify at request if I can. For instance: I know you have to meditate every day, for as long as you consider comfortable for you. Should you Visualize while meditating? Or do that at another time? Also with Affirmations. You can repeat them along the day. Can you do it while meditating? Should meditation be a step to accomplish without any interference with other processes? Sorry if I appear as a mixed up person :p I just wanna make sure I got things straight. P.S. I will hear of as many opinions as possible, and if I am forgetting some step please remind me. Thanks! asked 18 May '10, 15:17 BridgetJones09 Vesuvius

As Vesuvius pointed out - there is no right or wrong answer, only what works best for each individual. Trying different techniques will enable you to see or feel which ones resonate with you the most. When you find something that does resonate with you and helps you in getting to a feel better place or move up the emotional scale, then incorporate it into a daily practice - consistency in the practice is a key component in raising your vibration. No-one can give you a definitive answer to this one because what works for one person may not work as well for another so it's all a case of trial and error. Stay open-minded and try various techniques and if possible try to play around and have fun with some of them. answered 19 May '10, 12:06 Michaela |
At the end of the day it has to "feel right" for you. If the techniques are treated as a checklist which you must go through each day even if you don't feel like it, it can actually be a counter-productive exercise. What is most important is to keep your vibrations on the positive scale and enjoy the process of having control over your life. answered 18 May '10, 19:20 I Think Therefore I Am |
Manifesting is about touching the divine. The way that is done differs from person to person, so the "techniques" that each person uses are going to be different. I contribute to another website like this one called StackOverflow. On StackOverflow, people ask and answer questions about programming computers. On many occasions I have seen people who lack confidence in their programming abilities ask questions like, "Is this the right way to do it?" The answer, of course, is always: "There is no such thing as a right way or a wrong way. There are only the ways that work." Of course, there are best practices, but recommending one of those is different than saying, "This is the only right way to do it." Saying that is tantamount to saying, "If you don't live your life the way I say, you're wrong." I'm not going to tell you you are wrong for not doing it my way. I'm also not going to tell you that there is a shortcut. You are going to have to experiment, and see what works best for you. All that said, if you are looking for a best practice, my advice is to examine what it is about you that is causing doubt and uncertainty. Focusing is one way to do that. If you can understand this about yourself, your doubt will melt away, and your confidence will improve as a result. answered 18 May '10, 18:29 Vesuvius There is a period of learning, when you have to decide for yourself, what works best for YOU. It's trial and error, as Vesuvius wrote. And it might even be a changing, evolving thing!
