Do you feel like laughing when you are in the vortex... for no reason? Usually i am the typ of person who looks serious naturally and i don't laugh very much. I just smile even if something is very funny. But in the vortex i laugh really hard sometimes. It's like as if i smoked the best pot that is available on planet earth and simultaneously watched the funniest movie ever. It is almost spooky to me sometimes even if i can't really complain because it feels good :).

Is that Bobby from King Of The Hill? Lol Do not pay for someone to take away your happiness. Laughter is part of happiness unless it is evil laughter as you see bad guys do in movies right after saying, "I'll make the world pay for this, they'll all bow to my power! Hahaha! " Most laughter is light and happy, it is enjoyable. Enjoy the laughter. Yes i agree. I was just joking :)

@Starlight Yes, that's a huge benefit of self talk indeed :D. But you have to be careful to not become schizophrenic in talking to yourself too much. I'm grateful to not be schizophrenic. And i am not schizophrenic either.
@releaser- i am the person in my entire family who is laughing all the day for no reason. n whts wrong in laughing unconditionally n extremly all the time.. ,simplyy enjoy..why u wanna know the mechanism behind it. n you see
........laughter is the best thing i tell you. more than half of ur stress is vanished ( precisely if u hav any "stress"..), a person like me..,i don't take any stress usualy..n still i laugh so much for the whole day..n it realy helps other's around me to say "goodbye"to their stresses.
@supergirl glad to hear you are naturally gifted:) You also come across as such a person. And you are right, it's enough to just enjoy it. But i'm kind of a nerd and want to know everything:)
