@white tiger You make the impression that you are watching out for someone or some entities to scare you. The more you search for them and expect them the more you will find them. You know that you are a being of god and love and that nothing can do you harm. Why don't you just observe your fear and your scary thoughts and stay in "truth"? And the rest of the time look for nice things you like and they will come. Only expect nice things.

@Releaser99 that thing is not from me and i am not looking for it,it comes by it self.i am looking for nice thing and having no fear. But those things are trying to make you fear.that is the difference.it is like you if i hide and jump at you you will have a reaction of surprise and fear even if you are not looking for it and even if you have no fear.

@Releaser i do not know if you lucid dream, but i will give you example, when you dream and are lucid you enjoy the dream having fun etc.. there is no fear in you. Then you feel something change but it is not from you.something is trying to get control of your dream.to make you fear.then usely you will find it and kick it out of your dream. So if you know it is not from you,it as to be something else.it is the same thing in this world if you walk and someone jump at you or attack you is it from you?

love it white tiger :) - so who are these shadow people if not yourself - putting it another way, those parts of yourself that are still in darkness can hide all manner and kind of imaginary entity - dark cannot exist in lightness, fill yourself with it and these "creatures" will automatically disintegrate and reintegrate themselves in a positive form.

@ru bis They reep what they sow. They play silly scare tactic and it is going to come back to them.I prefer to meet truly good being in dream. Or stay alone and create, travel, observe.Mare and Nightmare type are not the one you want to meet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mare_(folklore) The early Buddhists, however, rather than seeing Mara as a demonic, virtually all-powerful Lord of Evil, regarded him as more of a nuisance. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mara_(demon)

@ru bis mare and mara seams pretty much the same thing.even if it is from different nation.

You need to solve your own duality and actually get to know your self, instead of just telling other people to do it.
