Dear all :) I'm only 3 days on this site, getting acquainted with the treasures here, glad I found you - the nerds of vibrational stuff. :) I'm feeling so home with it, it's me. I read here about some methods of vibrational work you have here, and felt inspired to share the tools I came up with, as they're pretty powerful. I'll start today with 3ct, 7ct and will be adding more as I have time and inspiration. :) These are tables, initially based on Focus Wheels. I saw here the Focus Blocks, - the main difference between the Focus Blocks and the 3ct and 7ct, is that I use more than one column in the alignment process. The matter is, I was also using the focus wheels the way they were given, until I came to an extreme situation, where I felt that the regular focus wheels raise me pretty quickly, but it is very unstable (or, in that extreme situation, it was very heavy to lift). And I desperately wanted something that would let me not only rise, but also feel more stable there, and do a better work of a wider aligning. Recently I saw AH quote, which better explains this process: "This condition doesn't allow you alignment, so stay off the condition that doesn't allow you alignment, and get on the subjects that do allow you alignment, and then tip-toe into the subjects that didn't allow you alignment and see if now they allow your alignment. Did you hear that? Until, pretty soon, you've got alignment on every subject. But don't ask the Universe to give you the condition that makes you know it. Find the knowing without the condition. That's what the unconditional love is that we're all talking about, you see? If you need the condition to come first, you're in deep, deep, deep, deep doo-doo." -- AH It means, with some useful distraction and switching of a focus, it's possible to do the focus wheels more effectively and more efficiently. I'll quote from my book: How I use this science of feeling good with my health It truly was my life-saver. There was a weekend when I thought I had ***. During the nights, I was waking up with the panic attacks. Diligently, I took a pen and a paper, went to the living room, turned on the lights and sat there, trying to find my way to little-little-little-little bit better thoughts.. And in several sometimes hours I was coming to the feeling of true invincibility. Of feeling my power. It was amazing. I think I could never believe it was possible if I didn't experience it myself.. I developed hope. I learned from AH that the body reflects not just our thoughts about our body, but in general, our approach to life. When we give up on some major dream, thinking it's impossible, it closes the life flow and causes diseases. And in order to get healthy again, I had to become happy. At any price. Dropping all my excuses why my dreams can't come true. I had to believe in them, to allow this Source energy to flow through me, healing me.. So I did, all I could. One interesting thing happened then.. Remember Moran said in the girls meeting, that where there is fear, always is curiosity, too? I discovered it then. It was like, when I calmed down my panic, to see a little outside of it, I started to feel that some part of me was celebrating in the curiosity. It as if said: "You, with all your fears of everything, would never come here intentionally. So at least we can see here, how it looks. And it is interesting here, isn't it?!" :) I felt as if I was on the other end of the fear.. :) Here's an example of one such process, I did it in the morning before going to my *** (in the left column, I was coming with better and better feeling thoughts, climbing the ladder. In the middle column, I wrote what I liked in life, to raise the mood in general. In the right column, I wrote how I would want it to be. The numbers state, in which order I filled the table. As you see, I was jumping from column to column, writing to where it was easier to find what to write at that point): http://www.think-to-feel-better.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/twist-fw-table.png Can you feel there how my mood was improving? Amazing, isn't it? This is the power of using our mind in the right way. :) And I don't even know what the best part in it is: the immediate relief, or seeing after that, how things from the right column, little by little, without fanfares, almost invisibly, move to the middle one.. ;) Later, I attracted Lara, an amazing healer. In one healing session, she removed almost all of my pains, I could easily walk again. She gave me a list of the food that matches exactly my energy. So now I can eat what exactly is good for my health and beauty. It feels amazingly tasty (even though the food is pretty simple), and I can maintain a slender body without effort. It feels like it felt after doing fasting (I did some in the past): the body feels clean, comfortable, with no garbage. When I see all kinds of modern diets, I feel.. pity. Out of several even vegetable oils, Lara showed me that some of them are good for me, and some are bad. So if I used any general diet, I wouldn't be getting the same result.. Lara said, that if I weren't doing that energy work, no one, not her, nor anyone else, could bring me out of it.. She said, that maybe it's the purpose of all that situation: for me to realize my true power. I have this manifesto I created for myself: Standpoint of a Deliberate Allower :) "I'm delegating solving this problem to the Universe and since I, dealing with this contrast, gave birth to something really wonderful in my Vortex, I will focus on connecting with my Source, to connect with what I put there in my Vortex, to feel these wonderful things that I put there, to feel reconnected with mySelf, the Expanded Version of Me, with my newly added power. As long as this contrast still feels like a problem that should be solved, it simply means that there still are some benefits in my Vortex, which I haven't connected to, yet. So I'll wonder, what they are? how they feel? And I feel and appreciate my love and my power." Delegating things to the Universe, gives such an ease of mind.. that I can allow it to happen, instead of making it happen. Can you feel the difference in the basic premise of these two approaches? I so love how Story Waters is saying it: "To control is to be blind to the beauty of unfolding." The secret is, to feel our way to believing that this beautiful unfolding is what is going to take place in our particular case, too... You can see here the "Standpoint of a Deliberate Allower", it is also a tool that can be used vibrationally, but what I meant to show, was that table: Now you can understand, why I call it 3ct - not a very descriptive name outside, I agree :) 3ct means 3-column-table. Btw, later I renamed the columns to "Ladder", "Pleasing things" and "What I AM", with the same purpose of the columns as before - these new names are just helpful to me in concentrating on their purpose better. 7ct is an extension of this table, it uses 4 more columns. Usually I've been filling such tables on A4, dividing it in half: in the upper half were the new 4 columns, and in the bottom half there were the columns I described above. The 4 new columns are:
I added these after learning some NLP processes, having discovered how powerful sensing is. Some explanations: 1. "What feels good": here I'm writing what feels good out of contrasting statements. Contrasting process is from my other book: A Nice Mind Trick #2 - Contrast "He had heard people speak contemptuously of money: he wondered if they had ever tried to do without it." - W. Somerset Maugham Sometimes, we just want to put accents in the right places. When we start to visualize ourselves having a million dollars, we start having some awkward feelings, like "not deserving", like "all evil" etc. In such a case, try to do the following: Write on a piece of paper: I don't have any money. or I have one million dollars. Now start with the first thought, think of all the consequences of that and try to feel which nuances of feelings it awakes in you. Not so good, I suppose? ;) Now turn over to the second thought. Imagine yourself in a situation when you would know you have the million dollars. For example, your bank would be telling you it's the current sum in your account. What do you feel? Are you feeling warmth spreading up in your soul, relaxing away all that was contracted by that dreadful first thought? Soothing, smoothing... do you feel safe now? Free? Powerful? (If not, go to that first thought again and then come back here; do you feel the difference now?) ...Now we see that one million dollars differently, don't we? Instead of placing our focus on some weird things we'd be unhappy with, we now see the beauty of this state, feel relaxed... that all our bills can be paid... that we can buy things we want... that our rent is covered... that we can always buy food (did you clearly see that with the first thought it wasn't possible?)... that we can do what we want all day... plenty of time... with that book we've always wanted to finish... with those friends we've always wanted to spend more time with... with ourselves... with our thoughts... Now let's extend it a little farther from that safe state: let's get to some fine details!! We can now dine in fine restaurants... with beautiful music... we can buy the best things for our loved ones... we can come home with gifts every day... we can afford all the courses, all the books we'd want :) ... hire any specialist to help us with implementing our ideas... What else? From that safe state, make a list, enjoy having, enjoy basking in these fine feelings... ...Mike Dooley once said: "Your dreams are here for a purpose: they remind you of what's possible." I can almost feel people reading this now and thinking: "yeah, possible - for someone else," or "not under my circumstances..." To them I'd say: that's a matter of belief, too. What do you prefer to believe in? Some more thoughts to ponder: "When you think a new thought, entertain a new dream, or mentally choose a new goal, your thoughts "leave" you and go out, in every direction, to the farthest corners of the planet. They carry a life force all their own - like ripples created when a pebble is tossed into a pond. You can't change this... but YOU CAN use it." - Mike Dooley "The Universe here... Question: Do you realize... that for the simple, yet mind blowing, fact that you're even "HERE"... you're deserving of ALL else?" - Mike Dooley Now decide which one of the two thoughts you choose, and mark it: I don't have any money. or I have one million dollars. -> better What do you feel? Behind the scenes: 1. With auto-training, people quickly learn: to relax, it's better to contract the muscles first, and only then release them and relax. Ultimately, it gives a deeper relaxation. 2. When you switch between these two thoughts, you can feel as something in you contracts and expands. It's an interesting feeling by itself, isn't it? And even more interesting is the ability to better immerse in the good sides of our goal... They say, we should concentrate on what we want, not on what we don't want. So in this game we suddenly better see what it is that we want. And why we actually want this. 3. At the end of the exercise, we immerse in the fine details... in the high perspective... but then the syndrome of "reality" can hit us really hard. We've heard too many opinions on why this is "impossible". That's why I think it's important to hear at that exact time something that our Inner Self would probably say to us, should we give it a chance to speak... 4. When we choose the "better" thought at the end, it does something strange with the mind. Choose honestly, looking at both thoughts, and when you make your choice... it feels like we claim something. Like it clears for us and for the Universe what it is that we want. It feels like earlier we were ...afraid to claim it. Is it like this for you? They always say, we should clearly see what we want. Not just "as much money as I can get", but some clear goals. It seems that this choice does clarify something, for all sides involved. 5. Try an advanced method: first, see that you're always safe and secure, anyway. That The Universe answers all your needs anyway. And then visualize having 1 million dollars as a way to have fun: see which things for a fun you can do with it. "Only when pressed with darkness, can you begin to seek the light. And how could you understand your authority... if you had not first relinquished it? How could you find your way, if you had not first strayed. Now, your experiments with darkness, limits, and fear have long outgrown their use. It's time to wake up... to remember... to know... that YOU ARE FAR MORE than the role you've been playing. YOU ARE the light, the power, the way... For whom ALL THINGS are possible." - Mike Dooley Out of those two statements "I don't have any money" and "I do have a million dollars" the one that would go into the 1st column, is of course "I do have a million dollars", as of these two this one feels better to me (the question is "if they both could be true, which one would feel better?") - that is, if the table I would be filling, would be on the subject of money. "I'm provided by the Universe", and all kinds of other statements, maybe they a bit remind of affirmations, but here I use them out of that contrasting context - to find out what my Inner Being thinks, and what it encourages me to think as serving me better. Next 3 columns are on experiencing what I want to live on that subject. 2. "What I'm creating" It is about "when you're having a negative experience, you're putting into your Vortex the positive experience on that subject" - so I just wrote, how physically living what I want on the subject, would express itself in my life, in what events and sides of my life. For example, for the subject of money it would be: having always more money than expenses, my home always paid for, always having delicious food, dining in luxury places, participating in all the activities I like, choosing by what I want to do, etc. These are more mere facts of what I would do if I lived a physical expression of my alignment on that subject (if I was physically living what I wanted on that subject). 3. "What I love in it the most; how it feels in my heart; where it feels in my body" Here on every paragraph I had in the 2nd column, I add how it feels. "How it feels in my heart" is actually "how having it feels deeply in my heart" - it's more like, what it is saying to me about me and my life. Sometimes it's the ultimate feeling of worthiness, etc. 4. "What I sense, do, be, when having it; what's my posture, how I breathe, how I smile, etc." And here're more details in the sensing in the body, and also, what having what I want results in - what it inspires in me, what it inspires me to do - meaning, it is kind of a result of the 2nd column - there I have the consequences, the expression of me having what I want, and in the 4th column it is more, what is the result of me having what is in the 2nd column. Why it is powerful - because in the upconscious (as Bashar is recommending to call it) it makes the impression that what's in the 2nd column, is absolutely done, an obvious, default atmosphere. Same way, as in the 3ct, there is no need to fill the 7ct columns in some predefined order - I just write where I'm inspired to write and, little by little, finish all columns. Happy aligning! :) asked 22 Jun '14, 09:11 Olga Farber

Welcome @Olga Farber and thanks for sharing your tools. It's always exciting to learn about different perspectives of doing vibrational work. I especially like your "3c Method" because I know from my own experience that it's very powerful. I use a system which is based on the same principles and works very similar. It's what @Stingray calls The Advanced Focus Blocks Method. I know of no way that is more time-efficient and reliable to get you into the Vortex than this method, once one masters it. The basic idea is to feel relief on something that feels less than neutral (using focus wheels/blocks or whatever relief generating method one likes). Then one switches to a generally positive focus using Abraham's Book of Positive Aspects (or what you call "What's good in my now"). Once one feels better (or vibrates higher on Abraham's Emotional Guidance Scale), one focuses specifically on things that feel good using Abraham's Rampage of Appreciation process ("In the Vortex, what's I'm supposed to satisfy"). I'm looking forward to read more about your perspectives on doing vibrational work. Thank you :). answered 22 Jun '14, 10:30 releaser99 Yes, I read today about the Advanced Focus Blocks Method - that is why I felt inspired to share this my method. :) The difference is, that I use the leverage of Positive Aspects already in the Ladder (Focus Wheel), outside the Vortex, on the unrelated subjects, and it helps me to continue with the Ladder. And, I use imagining how it is in the Vortex (in the present time), when I'm far from it - in order to be there even before I align to manifest it in any way. Thank you for welcoming me. :)

@Olga Farber - "the nerds of vibrational stuff" - As accurate a description of this group as I've ever heard :) Welcome to IQ, Olga. I'll have to have a play with your method and get back to you.
Stingray!! I've been enjoying your posts since I found IQ!! :) Btw I think I came here because of you - you gave a link to my explanation on the emotional grid, and I saw it in the stats. I'm so glad to be here :) with my swans-nerds, yes :)
and yes, I will be happy to collaborate on vibrational methods :)
"I think I came here because of you - you gave a link to my explanation on the emotional grid" - Did I? Which answer was that? I've put so much stuff on this site over the past few years that I'll often start reading an answer and think "Hmmmm, yes, I agree with that" only to discover that I was one that one that wrote it (a few years back) and so I'm agreeing with myself :) Though it's when I reach the stage of arguing with myself that it'll be time to call the men in white coats :)
"did I?" - yes, here - it is another domain name for my site, allow-money.com, by the name of my first book. By the way, I do sometimes.. not really arguing with myself, but maybe more refine what I was saying earlier. :)
funny thing - you posted it in 2011, and I only saw it now, because someone followed the link..
@Olga Farber - Three years late, but you got here in the end :)
I certainly did. Thank you for that invitation :)
