I want to date around and meet new people. Not to be a 'player' just to get to know people. but no relationships at this point as I"m getting myself together personally.

Can I use the Law of attraction to manifest casual dates in my life? With out manifesting a relationship?

There is a contradiction in what you said here. Not wanting to become a player, but want to receive vibrational manifestation of one. If LOA is true, then it's impossible.

Your wants and desires will have you change your ways. You'll become a player, maybe even without realizing it.

So embrace it, you have to be a warrior, if you want to fight in a war. And if you're not, fighting in it will make you be one.

No, sorry Chris - it can't be done.

It's a well known fact that the Law of Attraction can only be used for manifesting new cars.

:)

But seriously, it doesn't matter what your desire is, the process is the same.

In the step-by-step guide, just replace new car with whatever you want, including casual dates.

The basic rule to remember is that if the Universe causes you to have a desire then it also has the means in place to provide you with a way to manifest that desire.

This is because all that a manifestation is, is a thought that has been condensed into physical reality through the flowing of energy towards it...and you can pick any thought, yes absolutely any thought, as the one you want to condense.

If you can think it, you can manifest it.

As you can see I'm becoming more and more curious about manifesting things in my life.
